Twelve years ago I found myself at a crossroads. I was happily trudging along my hyper-independant, self-made successful life when the Universe handed me a newborn, a cancer diagnosis, and an alcoholic husband.
I felt so angry, hurt and alone, like everything in my life was falling apart. But it didn’t take long for me to see that I had been ignoring all the previous signs to slow down, to heal and trust myself. Of course it took a great big, out-of-my-hands circumstance for me to finally surrender.
My husband entered AA and for years we journeyed along our own paths of spiritual awakening. Having to piece-meal my experiences, I remember wishing there was a 12 step program out there ‘for normal people’. He had a very clearly outlined path, brotherhood, support, and I was alone. Each step of expansion was followed by a crushing contraction that illuminated just how alone I was.
Yes, I had a few powerful guides along the way - and each of them foretold what I myself could not accept: I was going to be the one to make the path. I was told “You are the teacher you’re looking for. You are the wayshower.”
Slowly, I began to honor the gifts that they could see (and I could not), through a collection of tools and a practice of radical honesty and loving compassion.

Through discussion and guided meditation, you’ll journey deep into the self to meet her as she is, hidden within you. Learn how to read visuals and symbols to identify how you have been denying her in your life, and allow her to speak what is ready to be alchemized.

An energetic attunement and embodiment session where we’ll usesomatic practices (meditations, movement, singing, dance, and SO much more) to open up to your inner gifts, guidance, and wisdom.

Access the library of sacred arts and devotional practices to build your relationship with the archetypes and incorporate devotion into your
everyday life.

Gather as a sisterhood to witness and be witnessed. Practice trust, vulnerability, holding space, deep listening, validating, and nonjudgment in a group setting.

The final 3 months of the program will consist of you taking action to implement the work through continued devotional practices, peer exercises, and stepping into leadership with a seva (service) project - whether that’s in the group, your home, at work or in your community. You’ll have the support of your sisters as you practice stepping out of your comfort zone and into your fullness.

Q: What are the dates/times of the live calls?
Our opening ceremony will be held on April 1st. All calls will be held on
Mondays from 8-9:30 pm Eastern.
Guest speaker sessions may vary.
Q: What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
All session recordings will be posted in the online portal within 24 hours of the live event.
Q: What if I don't identify with all of the archetypes?
The archetypes offer us an access point into the collective unconscious - the realm of the unknown that crosses all cultural belief systems. You will be offered many different ways to relate to her within you, but the invitation is for you to explore how you identify with the shadows and gift of each archetype, regardless of what you call her.
Q: is this only for women who want to start a business or have a big goal?
Embodying Feminine gifts will change how you live, love, and lead - whether that is in business, at home, or in your relationships. You don’ t need to have a goal to benefit.
Q: why do i need to learn feminine embodiment?
Most of our struggles come from trying to function from our masculine without honoring our feminine. What women tend to find when they step into feminine power is that they LOVE to work, serve, and lead, but can be much more successful when they prioritize pleasure, play, rest, nourishment, and other gifts of embodiment.
Q: How much 1:1 support will I have on my journey?
In each session you will have the opportunity to give voice to what you are alchemizing, and be held and supported in your growth.
The Sisterhood Circles are a time for deeper processing and 1:1 mentorship from Emily. If you want even more support, you have the option to add on
1:1 sessions.
Q: HOW MANY WOMEN WILL BE IN THIS GROUP?
Intimacy, trust, and safety are key aspects of this work. Therefore, there will only be 20 spaces (30 max), and the Sisterhood Circles may be even smaller. This will also provide you with the highest level of access to Emily to support your journey, other than 1:1 mentorship.
Q: What type of tools and practices will I have to do (and what if I’m not comfortable with them)?
You are encouraged to listen to your body first and foremost, as saying “no” might be the most powerful practice for you. That being said, the benefit of participating is to normalize what feels outside of your comfort zone. This includes meditation, movement, singing, dancing, ritual practices (building an altar, burning herbs, etc), using a pendulum, and more. The more we practice together, the more your mind and your nervous system develop safety and access pleasure. That means being present even when you feel awkward, uncomfortable, and vulnerable.
Q: I’ve been on a spiritual/healing journey for years, will this be too basic for me?
Part of this work is unhooking from the modern desire for a quick solution, and embracing the life-long journey of spiritual growth. The more we live in devotion to it, the more we will be shown new information as we are ready. As we revisit old wounds, we can always find that there is more the be alchemized and excavated, deeper gifts revealed.
